CRMCA ("we", "our") operates the CRM platform available at app.crmca.cc and the website crmca.cc.
When you sign in (for example via Google OAuth), we store account identifiers and email needed to operate your workspace. Within the CRM we process business data you and your team enter: clients, projects, marketing content, analytics connections, and related metadata.
Integrations (Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn, social networks, etc.) are used only after you connect them in the application. Their use is governed by those providers' policies.
We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal or operational purposes. We apply industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
